2️⃣ Registration and payment
Your registration becomes binding once the deposit is paid at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before departure.
After the deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation of participation and an overview of the trip details.

3️⃣ Great, you’re travelling with us! 🚐
Once the final payment has been made, you will receive detailed travel information at least 10 days before departure, including packing tips, itinerary and contact details.
We will also create a WhatsApp group for participants where we share useful information, updates and trip photos.
